Return Policy:
Auto emblem orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground. Emblem Outlet includes shipment confirmation on all of these orders. UPS 3 Day Select is also available at an additional cost. We occassionally ship auto emblem orders via USPS Priority Mail when we feel we need tracking in addition to a delivery confirmation. UPS will always be used when the customer has paid the additional expense to have their order shipped via UPS.


We want you to be happy with the purchases you make from EmblemOutlet.com. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of the shipment's receipt. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price as long as your product is in the original packaging and undamaged.

A Return Authorization Number is not required before you send us your return. It is helpful if you email us to let us know you intend to return your purchase so that we will be expecting it. Please email us at support@emblemoutlet.com. If you have it, please include your order number in your email and on the return package. Your order number is a 10 digit number that has the year and month of your purchase plus a 4 digit number (ex: 2010-01-1234)



Holiday Return/Exchange Policy

We want to make it easy for you to use EmblemOutlet.com for all your holiday gift-giving needs. That's why you have until January 7th to return or exchange items purchased on or after November 15th.

Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item in your order, we want to take care of the problem. Please email us and we will ship you a replacement item. We ask that you hold on to the damaged item and the packaging for 10 business days in case the shipping company chooses to inspect the damage.

Shipping Policy:
At this time we only ship to locations within the United States. We will resume shipping to Canada in the near future. Extra shipping charges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
